Aztecs Defeat Fresno State in Hoops

FRESNO, Calif. - Ryan Amoroso scored 19 points and pulled six rebounds and San Diego State took advantage of a slow start by Fresno State to earn a 89-72 win on Sunday. The Bulldogs (2-1) missed their first four shots, and failed to keep up with San Diego State, which shot nearly 60 percent from the field in the first half and dominated in the post.
Lorrenzo Wade added 18 points and Kelvin Davis came off the bench to score 15 to help the Aztecs start the season at 3-0.
