Chargers Hold Mini Camp

Norv Turner, new Chargers head coach, led the team in its first Mini Camp of 2007 last weekend at Chargers Park. The team practiced twice on Saturday and once on Sunday, and all three practices were open to the public.

The weekend’s Mini Camp gave fans their first opportunity to see the newest Chargers, including top draft choices Craig Davis, Eric Weddle and Anthony Waters. Returning players from last year’s 14-2 AFC West Championship team, including LaDainian Tomlinson, Philip Rivers, Antonio Gates and Shawne Merriman were at Chargers Park for the annual mini camp.
