EDMONTON, Alberta (Ticker) - The Anaheim Ducks began the season with six straight losses on the road, but are turning things around. The Ducks will be going for their sixth win in their last eight road games when they visit the Edmonton Oilers on Friday. Anaheim earned a 4-1 victory at Calgary on Thursday behind two assists apiece from defenseman Chris Pronger and center Ryan Getzlaf. Chris Perry tallied his 13th goal of the season in the second period. Top netminder Jean-Sebastien Giguere stopped 38 shots in the win and owns a 2.50 goals-against average in 17 games. The Oilers dropped a 4-2 decision at Colorado on Wednesday and are currently in last place in the Northwest Division Edmonton center Shawn Horcoff has tallied three goals in the last five games and leads the team with 21 points. The Oilers beat the Duck 3-2 in a shootout on October 28.
