Los Angeles (8-10-1) at Dallas (8-7-4), 5:30 pm, FSN
DALLAS (Ticker) - The Los Angeles Kings hit the road for five games with the hopes of ending their three-game slide when they meet the Dallas Stars on Monday. Goaltender Jason LaBarbera made 37 save but gave up the go-ahead goal in the second period as Los Angeles dropped a 1-0 decision to the Phoenix Coyotes at home on Saturday. The Kings are hoping to regain their form prior to this recent slide when they defeated Dallas, 6-5, at Staples Center on November 10. While Los Angeles aims to get out of its funk, Dallas put an end to its own three-game slide by thrashing the Colorado Avalanche, 6-1, on Friday. Jussi Jokinen scored four goals to lead the charge. "Getting that first goal gave me a lot of confidence," Jokinen said. "Things just got going." It was the first four-goal performance by a Stars players since interim co-general manager Brett Hull accomplished the feat in March of 2000.
