The Home Depot Partners With NFL For Neighborhood Program
The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer and 'official home improvement sponsor' of the National Football League, Wednesday announced The Home Depot NFL(R) Neighborhood MVP, a national program that recognizes players who are making a positive impact in their local communities through charitable programs and contributions. The Home Depot NFL Neighborhood MVP program will reward 17 players, one for each week of the regular season, with a football field refurbishment or a playground build in their local market and a donation to the charity of their choice. Each player will work with representatives from KaBOOM!(R), a national nonprofit that envisions a great place to play within walking distance of every child in America, and volunteers from The Home Depot to complete the field refurbishment and playground projects.

ESPN Unveils New-Look ESPN360.com

ESPN has unveiled the re-imagined, new-look version of ESPN360.com, the company’s signature, next-generation broadband sports network. The new look complements a new programming strategy, which transforms the growing service into a 24/7 live sports destination online, dramatically increasing its live programming – delivering more than 2,000 live sports events in the next 12 months, more than ESPN and ESPN2 combined. The dynamic new user interface delivers those events with highly improved video quality, expanded controls (including live-event pause, rewind and fast forward), and easy navigation between multiple, simultaneous live sporting events. ESPN360.com is not yet available in San Diego.
